Refunds and Exchanges
Each item is custom made by hand, just for you. For this reason, no returns or exchanges will be accepted except for seller mistakes.
**Seller Error/Shipping Damage:
For issues due to seller error or shipping damage, please send me a message including at least 2 photos of the issues within 3 days of receiving the package. I will happily replace any case that has an error on my part or that was damaged during shipment, provided proof is shown in a reasonable amount of time.
Refunds and exchanges will not be given due to damage or mistakes caused by the buyer (breaking the case, cracking the case, staining the case, scratching the case, misspelled names during checkout) or drops that result in breaks or cracks.
Please remember that each item is handmade to order. There will be variations in each item as they are one of a kind, made for you. Please also remember that colors may appear different in real life than they do on a computer screen, due to variations in computer monitor calibrations.
